After eight months of indoor swimming, the rooftop pool returns. Heated water from 09:00 to 21:00, sun loungers, towels at the desk.

Chef Marco has rewritten the spring card. Three new starters, an asparagus risotto, a lamb shoulder slow-cooked with sumac and lemon — and a chocolate dessert that we are quietly proud of.

After a full year of renovation, the door is open again. New management, new team, the same Venetian theme — but executed with more restraint.
The Silver, Gold and Diamond programme
Three tiers, three nights of welcome. The programme rewards direct bookings — Silver from 5 nights, Gold from 15, Diamond from 20.
